In the globalization new
opportunities are open in Multi National companies for the youth. Special
efforts are taken to mould the engineering students to meet the industrial
requirements. Training and Placement Cell has its policy to implement, to
achieve the goals set, taking sincere efforts to provide the self confidence,
motivating individual students to employ themselves significantly in their
chosen area of interest and location. It motivates the final year students for
sponsored projects from the industries. It provides an opportunity to students
to work on actual problem based industrial needs. It arranges the Seminar and
Workshops on Career Opportunities, Communication Skills, Soft Skills,
Personality Development, Basic and Advanced Software Training and Interview
Techniques. It also conducts the industrial visits and HR interaction to make
students familiar with the exact expectation of industries from fresh graduate
engineers. As a result, our students are placed in top ranking IT and Non IT
companies in India and abroad. The Training and Placement Cell in association
with professional bodies conducts Training Program for SE, TE and BE students
containing Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Interview Skills, Goal Setting and
Time Management. Mediation and Yoga Concentration Program is arranged for First
Year students during the course of their studies.
