Overview:
In the world of globalization it has opened new opportunities in
Multi National Companies for the youth. Needs proper training to mould the engineering
students to meet the industrial requirements. Accordingly extra efforts are taken
in addition to the University curriculum to make our students competent. Training
& Placement Cell has its policy to implement, to achieve the Goals set, taking
sincere efforts to provide the self confidence, motivating individual students to
employ themselves significantly in their chosen area of interest and location. TP
Cell plans to arrange the seminar & workshops on Career Opportunities, Communication
Skills, Soft Skills, Personality Development, Software Languages and Interview Techniques.
TP Cell also conducts the Industrial Visits and HR Interaction to make students
familiar with the exact expectation of industries from fresh graduate engineers.
As a result, our students are placed in top ranking IT & Non IT companies in
India and abroad. The students are motivated to get the sponsored project for their
final year academic requirement. It helps students to make research work on actual
industrial need based problems.
Training and Placement Sessions
are conducted. Students are trained in developing numerical ability, logical reasoning,
english etc so that that they can get through aptitute test conducted by IT companies.
Students are also trained in soft skills such as group discussion, communication,
building resume, personality development etc Full support of well-established placement
